40 Ton Reach Stacker

Vicgordan Reach Stacker is specifically designed for 20ft and 40ft containers, mainly used in small or mid-size ports, intermodal terminals, to transfer and stack various containers and other materials. Compare with forklift, the Reach Stacker has more advantage in above application such as: more flexible, easier to operate, more stable, lower tyre pressure, higher stacking and storage capacity etc. It can also be operated across over containers.

Technical Description

Maximum travel speed is 25 k.p.h. loaded,28 k.p.h. unloaded, and maximum climbing gradient is 30.9%. 

The handler has automatic self-levelling and sway damping, 95°/185° rotation and +/- 800 mm sideshift. 

Engine: The trucks are fitted with a Cummins 11 litre liquid cooled, 6 cylinder turbocharged direct injection diesel engine which develops a rated output of 250 kW maximum engine torque is attained at 1100 rpm. The engine draws fuel from two tanks fitted in the chassis.

Kessler drive axle, proven quality for heavy duty trucks, wide track, 2-stages reduction gear box, strong axle body optimized for heavy loading condition. Wet disk driving brake is free of maintenance. 

This drive axle performs under shock load condition ensuring high safety and long life time .

Port environments are harsh; operators need a container handler that they can depend on 24/7.
